Wow! Ok so im a black woman who grew up doing the electric slide. A couple years ago, I was at a mixed race party and it struck me that a lot of the older white people had it down pat and didnt miss a beat. I never knew it was also a country dance called Elvira😂😂😂. That msjes do so much sense! Black culture and country "redneck" culture are really very similar when you dig into it and start comparing details. The more you know!
